"I can't do it... yet!"

When something is challenging and you find yourself saying words like "I can't do this," add "yet" to the end of your sentence. Just because you can't do it now, doesn't mean you won't ever be able to! You can't do it yet! But someday you'll get it!

Adding 'yet' to your thoughts helps your brain shift to a growth mindset, encouraging perseverance.

Research shows that adopting a growth mindset improves problem-solving skills and reduces stress when facing challenges.
