Directions

Stretch your body one part at a time. Hold each stretch for 5 to 10 seconds. Repeat with different body parts.

How It Helps

Stretching your body helps release tension and makes you feel more relaxed by letting your muscles and mind unwind.

Stretching has been shown to reduce stress and improve relaxation by relieving physical tension and increasing blood flow.

Tip

Be careful of your surroundings! If your body starts to hurt, stop.
