Run in place as fast as you can. Then... freeze! Repeat running and freezing.

How It Helps

Running and freezing helps your body release energy and quickly shift to a calm state.

Research shows that alternating between movement and stillness improves focus and reduces stress.

Tip

Be careful of your surroundings! If your body starts to hurt, stop.
