Take short breaths like a bunny

Directions

Take three short breaths in through your nose. Then let the air out through your mouth. Slowly repeat this a few times.

How It Helps

Taking short, quick breaths through your nose followed by a slow exhale helps calm your body and mind.

Studies show that this type of breathing can reduce anxiety and promote relaxation by regulating your breathing pattern.

Tip

If you start to feel dizzy or lightheaded, stop right away.
